Fitness is a favorite of mine. I love the feeling I get when I complete a tough workout!

My background in fitness revolves mostly around running and CrossFit. Sure, I played sports in high school, but once I graduated, I stopped everything. A few years ago I started running and shortly after, I began CrossFit.

When I create workouts, they tend to be full body, rather than focusing on one area. I hope you find the workouts I post to be fun and challenging! I am also a fan of searching for workouts on Pinterest, so keep an eye out for some of my favorite fitness finds from there.
