Complete Fitness @ Home: W9W1

I didn’t necessarily intend on taking a one week break from the series, but it happened and no one complained so today we are back at it!

This week should be a good one and I am pretty sure I might be a little sore by the end of it. Today’s workout is the only one I have done at this point and I am planning to attend a spinning class with a friend this week. We will see how that goes.

If you follow me on Facebook, you may have anticipated seeing this one on here. I did it on New Years Eve!

Week 9 Workout 1

I broke them up by doing 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8 and 8. In the middle of my burpees, I heard Camden freak out so I had to run upstairs to comfort him for awhile, but I finished in 34:57 including my time with him.

After the burpees, I completed the following running:

Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)

Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)

Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

Walk 1/4 mile (or 2.5 minutes)

Jog 1/4 mile (3 minutes)

Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)

Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

I was very surprised that I was not sore after doing all of this workout! Let me know how you do!
