Complete Fitness @ Home: W8W3

I think I should make it a New Years resolution to be better about typing up these posts ahead of time. Here I am, up the night before this one posts, finally typing it up…maybe I will do better next year!

Week 3 Workout 3

Wall climbs are new to the mix! Check out THIS video to see how they are executed. If you are unable to execute the wall climb, put your feet up on a chair or raised surface with your arms under you like you are in a pushup stance. Alternate lifting your hand up to your armpit. Each arm counts as one. You will do 27! <–This is what I did!

I took 8 minutes exactly to finish this workout and burned about 40 calories!

RUN

Melissa started incorporating running into the workouts around this time when she made them. I am completing the running and invite you to as well.

Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)

Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)

Job 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

Walk 1/4 mile (or 2.5 minutes)

Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)

Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)

Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
