Another short intro so that I can get this post ready to go. I am running on probably 3.5 hours of sleep right now (Sunday night) if I include my afternoon nap, but we are in PA so all is well!
Once again, if you don’t have a jump rope, just pretend you do and execute the required number of jump ropes.
This workout took me 17:16 minutes and I burned approximately 95 calories.
