Complete Fitness @ Home: W7W2

Alright friends, I am typing this up last minute so no fun introduction…sorry.

Lets get to it with two rounds of seven different exercises!

Week 7 Workout 2

None of these should be new to you. If you missed the previous workout that included kettle bell swings, find a semi heavy object and hold at the top. Do not bend over, but go into the squat stance when at the bottom of your swing and straighten as you go up.

This workout took me 36:24 minutes and I burned approximately 164 calories. Like I mentioned before, I am way behind in typing these up so I don’t remember much about the workout since it was almost a week ago that I completed it.

Hopefully I will do a little better at staying on top of these. This is your last workout until Christmas so make sure to make it priority!
