Complete Fitness @ Home: W7W1

I used to be one of those people who could vividly remember my dreams, but since Camden was born, I hardly even have dreams. I have even had lucid dreams a handful of times in the past, but not for at least 7 years…so weird.

Did you know that in a typical lifetime we spend 6 years dreaming? I love dreaming and sleep…wonder how many years I am up to!

Week 7 Workout 1

On this workout, if you don’t have a jumprope, jump with your hands to your side pretending that you do. I tried to use my rope in the basement, but my ceiling isn’t high enough so I pretended.

The workout took me 29:36 minutes and I burned 173 calories. Camden was so fussy during this workout and I moved him from swing to walker and back multiple times. I didn’t even get a good cool down in, but I got the workout done and that is what counts!
