Week 6 Workout 3

Just a warning, if you are anything like me, those mountain climbers will get ya!

I completed this workout in 44:27 minutes. I did the required number of mountain climbers counting one for every two steps. For the cardio I just ran in place/around the basement. I burned 318 calories.
