This week is a little different than most for me. I am doing a personal challenge Monday through Friday this week which means I will be completing a new workout each day. I plan to stick with my regular workouts that are one week ahead of you guys and plugging in some old ones on the off days.
Lets jump into today’s workout!
This one is pretty straight forward.
I have got to start writing these reviews the same day that I complete them. Lately, every time I go back to find my stats I can’t figure out if I am looking at the correct workout or not.
If I am looking at the right one, this one took me 11:38 minutes to complete and I burned 71 calories.
This should be pretty quick regardless of your fitness level so get it done and don’t let the excuses keep you from it. Have a great week!
