Wow, I can’t believe we are already at week 5 of the ‘Complete Fitness @ Home’ series! It’s been quite the challenge so far, but I am loving it and I hope you are too!
I completely missed adding onto the graphic that you need to complete two rounds for this workout. As always, if you can only get through one, do what you can. Something is always better than nothing.
If you have never done a superman exercise before, you will lay on your stomach with your arms stretched in front of you (like superman flying) and you lift your head, arms and legs off the floor and then lower again. These little guys are killer…does anyone else hold their breath each time they do them or is that just me?
This one took me a little while and left me with bruised knees. I finished in 38:42 and burned 299 calories! (<–I am pretty sure these are my correct stats. I am bad about writing up these posts last minute and I have a random workout in my log that I can’t remember what it entailed.)
