Complete Fitness @ Home: W4W1

Hi friends! I love the holiday season, especially when it’s Christmas time and my decorations are up!

At this time of year, it’s easy to over indulge with tasty treats and home cooked meals. Who is with me and craves a good hearty chili when the temperatures are below freezing outside?!

This year, I hope to watch what I eat a little more closely and I know that staying on track with my workouts will help too.

I just typed out all the above and have no idea where I was going with it…I think it has to do with the fact that I am watching a movie, Mat is baking and my mind is running a million directions…just go with it!

Today we have a great two level workout!

Week 4 Workout 1

I completed level two and finished two full rounds and 34 lunges at the 30 minute mark. I did continue on to finish the third round and ended at 42:20 minutes. I ended up burning a total of 321 calories. Also, I need to note that I only did regular pushups for my first round. After that I just did knee pushups.

I hope you all enjoy the winter graphics I am working on for December. I am so excited to see the snow in our new home this year!
