Complete Fitness @ Home: W3W3

Happy day after Thanksgiving! I hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday.

My dad and I took Cam out to do chores for the first time, but he seemed to be unsure of all that was happening. He cried every time I left him with grandpa so that I could open gates.

I mentioned in yesterdays post that he was starting to attempt walking on his own. He actually continued throughout the day. I am so excited to see him figure it out!

One thing about a big meal, once the food settles and I get a good workout in, I feel much better about all that I ate. One meal won’t undo all your hard work. I ate plenty yesterday, but am ready to get back on track.

Today’s workout has two levels. Feel free to choose whichever one you feel most comfortable with. If you choose level 2 and can’t finish, see how far you can get.

Week 3 Workout 3

I completed level 2 on this one. It took me 27.13 minutes and I burned 208 calories. Once I got down to 10 it seemed to go by very quickly.

This week I decided to start incorporating yoga into my weekly workout regime. I have been so sore from all I have been doing and so far, it is helping to really stretch out my sore muscles while also giving me a little challenge on my days off.
