Complete Fitness @ Home: W3W2

Today’s workout is all about abs and has a few new movements that you might now be familiar with. Be sure to take a look at the following videos before you begin the workout:

Week 3 Workout 2

This was an interesting one for me. Mat completed it with me and Camden was a little fussy so there were a few breaks in there. It took me 21:20 minutes and burned about 114 calories.

Be sure that you execute the obliques on both sides. I did 25 on each side and 25 knees to elbow on each side.
