Happy Monday morning! I hope you guys had a great weekend. We went shopping for a new car seat for Cam, which I will get around to reviewing eventually, knocked out a couple workouts and ate a lot of good food.
Today we are starting the week with a workout that you will give your legs a nice burn. I recruited Mat to complete this workout with me. Don’t they say, a couple that works out together stays together?!
Mat likes to make me laugh when we complete workouts, which makes it hard to focus on form, but they fly by much faster…sometimes. We were sweating by the time we finished as you can see in our post-workout selfie.
Going into the workout, I intended on completing two rounds of everything, but soon after we began, I knew I would only last for one. All the moves listed below have been executed in previous workouts so I won’t explain anything there.
It took me 18:41 minutes to complete, I burned approximately 130 calories and my heart rate spiked at 165 bpm. Once I finally got cooled down, I really felt the endorphins kick in.
Make sure you don’t eat before completing this workout or give your food a little while to settle before you do. I made the mistake of eating dinner first and thought I was going to get sick, but thankfully I didn’t.
