Complete Fitness @ Home: W2W3

Those of you participating in the ‘Complete Fitness @ Home’ series have the luxury of waking up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to a new workout that is a total surprise to you. On the other hand, I know in advance which workouts are coming up and this usually means that I dred the ones I don’t like.

Today’s workout was one of those I was not looking forward to. I can sum it up in one word…burpees.

While burpees are very good for our bodies, they have always been my least favorite exercise. I remember one time at Crossfit, our workout was to knock out 100 burpees for time. I did finish, but I was the last one done.

Even with all the complaining though, I did the workout and feel stronger for it!

Week 2 Workout 3

If you aren’t familiar with burpees and missed the last video I posted on how to execute them, be sure to watch it here.

Make sure that you complete each full set of burpees before resting. Then you can move on to the next set.

This workout took me 11:59 minutes and burned about 51 calories.
