Complete Fitness @ Home: W1W3

If you already completed the first two workouts I posted (Workout 1 and Workout 2), I hope you knock this one out as well and finish the week out strong!

Week 1 Workout 3

Today, the only new movement is walking lunges. If you aren’t familiar with them, check out THIS youtube video. You don’t need to worry about extra weight when you complete them, unless you just want the added challenge.

I completed level 2 of this workout, which is almost twice that of level 1. If you want to start out at level 1 and see how you feel once it is completed, you can always add in extra rounds. This one took me 16:57 minutes to complete and based on my fitbit, I was in fat burn mode for 12 of those minutes. I burned approximately 100 calories.

If you are like me and have a two story house, the stairs will be sure to remind you of your hard work. Lets do this!
